Cleanup & Exit Checklist

You’ve had the most magical day, now let’s make sure wrapping up feels easy and smooth. Below is everything that needs to happen before you leave the venue.

**Reminder: All cleanup must be complete by 12:00AM (midnight).** Please plan ahead and bring contractor-strength trash bags and vehicle space for haul-out.

What Needs to Be Done Before You Leave:

- Tables + chairs returned to the Black Shed (exactly where you found them) wiped down of any food or mud

- Conservatory swept AND Mopped; brooms are provided inside the utility closet along with the mop and bucket

- Food and drinks placed in larger trash ben. All other trash including smaller bagged trash cans need to be taken with you. - not limited to: boxes, floral, linens.

- Any borrowed Iris Aisle items (like the macramé or white side tables) returned or left out ; Speaker put away

- All personal decor + belongings packed up

- Florals + leftover food taken home or composted/trash; please don’t leave it behind

- Vendors (florists, rentals, etc.) must pack out that night unless pre-approved

Pro Tips:

- Assign two ( or 4) trusted friends or vendors to lead cleanup so you’re not doing it in your wedding clothes

- Use baskets, bins, or totes to make loading out fast and organized
